These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timey Wimey, a time tracking and project management service operated by Parker-Lambert ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Timey Wimey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
If you are using Timey Wimey on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Timey Wimey provides tools for tracking time, managing projects and clients, and reporting on profitability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Access to Timey Wimey is by invitation or sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information when setting up your account. You may not impersonate another person or use a name or email you don't have the right to use.
You may not share your account with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at hello@timeywimey.io.
You agree to use Timey Wimey only for lawful purposes and in ways that don't infringe on the rights of others. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Timey Wimey. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not responsible for errors in time entries, rates, or project data that you create.
When your account is closed, we delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Timey Wimey supports multi-user workspaces. Within a workspace, administrators and owners have access to data logged by all team members, including time entries, rates, and project information, consistent with their role permissions.
If your access to Timey Wimey is provided by an organization (for example, your employer), that organization may have the right to access, monitor, or delete your data within the workspace. Your relationship with that organization is governed by your agreement with them, not by these Terms.
Timey Wimey and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parker-Lambert and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
We don't claim ownership of your data. You own what you put in.
Timey Wimey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of profitability calculations, billing reports, or payroll figures generated by the service. You should verify all financial data independently before making business decisions based on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parker-Lambert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Timey Wimey, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parker-Lambert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Timey Wimey at any time. You may request deletion of your account by emailing hello@timeywimey.io.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Timey Wimey shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
